What makes us different?

 

We could use this space to write a slightly different version of what you’ve read on other IT support websites, but we’re not like them. So, here’s an insight into how we think, instead.

A lot of small business IT support companies (that’s a mouthful!) are run by very technical people. There used to be distinct advantages to this, in that you could rely on them to fix your PC on site and explain what the latest technical jargon might have meant, as they untangled the wires under your desk.

Those days are numbered. Technology has become less about how it works and more about what it does. So, we think small businesses will be better off working with a company like Oaktree, which understands how the people in businesses work and how technology can help those people to reach the goals they have for the business they work for.

We like customers that allow us to challenge them on how they can be better, invite us to contribute ideas when they foresee change within their businesses and are generally friendly people, working hard to make their own customers happy.

We don’t like customers that think shouting at someone on the ‘phone fixes problems quicker, think the Internet is a bad thing and that their customers are beneath them.
